NATHANIEL A. GREGORY has served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of
NATCO Group, Inc. since April 1, 1993. Prior to joining NATCO, Mr.
Gregory held a number of positions in both the engineering and
construction industries and in investment banking, including Chief
Economist of Bechtel Corporation in San Francisco and General Partner at
Lazard Frres & Co. in New York. He holds a BA from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MA in American Government from
Georgetown University, and a PhD in Economics from the University of
Chicago. Mr. Gregory is also currently a director of Mrs. Fields Holding
Company and Managing Director of Capricorn Holdings, LLC, a private
equity fund located in Greenwich, Connecticut. Profile
