MILES G. GODA is the Director of Investor Relations at WatchGuard
Technologies, Inc., where he is responsible for the company's investor
relations, business development and corporate development activities.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Goda founded two technology startups,
held senior level finance positions at several privately held companies,
