Mid-atlantic Banks & Thrifts: Henry Coffey Jr. – Ferris, Baker Watts Inc

Henry J. Coffey Jr. has more than 15 years' experience as a securities analyst and consultant to financial institutions. Prior to joining Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc., he was a managing director at Morgan Lewis Githens & Ahn, the founder of Trace Advisor, a research firm focused on the needs of smaller public banks and thrifts and private finance companies. Mr. Coffey was a partner at JC Bradford & Co. for 12 years, as well as a senior financial services analyst. Mr. Coffey has covered larger regional banks, community-based banks and thrifts, niche-oriented commercial and consumer finance companies, and, while at Morgan Lewis, the prison management industry. During his years at JC Bradford, he was involved in raising more than $1.5 billion in capital for growth-oriented finance companies and regional banks.
