MICHAEL SCALLY was appointed President of Rogue Wave Software on January
28, 1998. Mr. Scally has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of
the Company since June 1996 and was appointed to the Board of Directors
in October 1997. From May 1994 until June 1996, he served as Vice
President, National Telesales of Intersolv, a software company. From
November 1988 until April 1994, he was the Vice President, General
Manager of Carnegie Group, Inc., a computer consulting company. Mr.
Scally received his B.S. from Michigan Technological University. Profile
