MICHAEL J. TRACY is President and Chief Executive Officer of Telemetrix
Inc., and President of Telemetrix Technologies. Mr. Tracy has over 20
years of broadcasting and communications experience and is President of
Tracy Broadcasting Corporation, licensee of radio stations KMOR, KQAQ
and KOLT AM/FM in Scottsbluff and Gering, Nebraska; KFBZ, Kimball,
Nebraska; KASX, Pine Bluffs, Wyoming and; KAHL, Bridgeport, Nebraska. He
founded Tracy Broadcasting Corporation in 1976. In 1982, Mr. Tracy
formed Telemetrix Technologies, which provides paging, PCS and mobile
telephone services in western Nebraska, eastern Wyoming and northern
Colorado. His years of experience with Telemetrix Technologies led to
the origination and development of the T3000 system, which provides a
unique package of communications services for home and business that
includes wireless local loop applications, utility meter reading, alarm
monitoring, appliance control and much more. Mr. Tracy has a Bachelor of
Arts degree from The Hiram Scott College and is a member of several
