MARK A. AGEE joined Syntroleum Corporation in 1984, became President and
Chief Operating Officer in February 1996 and has served as a Director
since March 1985. Prior to joining Syntroleum, his 20-year business
career spanned the petroleum, computer and communications industries.
From 1989 to May 1993 he served as President, Chief Executive Officer
and Director of Convergent Communications, a company that he founded in
1989 and sold in 1993. From 1981 to 1989 he served as President, Chief
Executive Officer and a Director of XETA Corp., a computer company which
he founded in 1981 and which became public in 1987. He holds a
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa
and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma. Profile
