KEVIN M. OAKES has served as Chief Executive Officer of
Click2learn, Inc., since January 2000 and as President since
September 1997. In May 2001, he was named Chairman of the Board.
Prior to joining Click2learn, he was President and Founder of
Oakes Interactive, an award winning technology-based training
company in Needham, Massachusetts, which merged with Click2learn
in 1997. Mr. Oakes is currently a Director of the ASTD, a
Director of the Instructional Systems Association, a founding
Director of the Digital Learning Organization, an Advisory Board
member of Development Dimensions International and Longworth
Venture Partners, a member of the MASIE Center's TechLearn
Collaborative and an editorial advisor to Training & Development
