JOSEPH A. TUREK received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering in 1979 from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of
Business Administration from Northwestern University in 1982. He has
been involved in printed circuit manufacturing and assembly for over 30
years. Mr. Turek founded M~Wave, Inc., in 1988, one of the largest
producers of microwave printed circuits. He is presently the Chairman
and CEO of M~Wave, Inc., based in the Chicago suburbs. Mr. Turek holds
five patents involving microwave printed circuits and metal backed
assemblies. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer and a member
