Joseph Joy – Boundless Corporation (bdls)

JOSEPH V. JOY is President and Chief Executive Officer of Boundless Corporation. He has been involved in the computer/high technology industry for approximately 26 years. Prior to his Boundless successes, Mr. Joy was Vice President, Supplier and Business Development, Solectron Corporation, Systems Engineering and Services, accountable for $2 Billion in revenue and supplier spend. He has also held the position of Vice President, Supplier Management and Logistics for NCR's Computer Systems Group where he lead a dramatic restructuring of CSG's supply chain, eventually initiating and driving the strategy that lead to Solectron's acquisition of three NCR manufacturing facilities. He has also served as a Vice President and General Manager of ADDS, a maker of desktop display products and database systems. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned his MBA at Columbia University, where he has been a Visiting Lecturer in Operations Management since 1993. Mr. Joy has also lectured on just-in-time manufacturing at the University of South Carolina. He frequently speaks at industry conferences and contributes perspective to various industry publications.
