JOHN A. TWEED has served as President, Chief Operating Officer and
Director of Landair Transport, Inc. since December 2000. Since February
1996, he has also served as President of Warehouse Logistics LLC, a
privately held company jointly owned with Mr. Niswonger. Mr. Tweed was
Vice President, Sales, of Landair Transport from April 1990 until
February 1996 and was Manager of Special Projects and Assistant to the
