John D. Kidd – Oak Hill Financial Inc

JOHN D. (JACK) KIDD, President and Chief Executive Officer of Oak Hill Financial, Inc., graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Business in 1962 and was granted the degree of Doctor of Public Service, Honoris Causas from the University of Rio Grande in 1997. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1964. Mr. Kidd joined Oak Hill Banks in 1970 as the CEO and has been CEO or President ever since. Before then he was with Grant Thornton & Co., CPAs. His affiliations include: President of the Board, the University of Rio Grande; Trustee, Oak Hill Hospital; Director, Ohio Banking Board for the Division of Banks; Trustee and past-President, Community Bankers Association of Ohio; Taxation Committee, Independent Bankers Association of America; Sons of the American Revolution; and Masonic Lodge & Shriners. Mr. Kidd and his wife, Jane, have three children. He lists among his interests farming, horseback riding, scuba diving and golfing. Profile
