HOWARD EARHART is President and Chief Executive Officer of Power
Integrations, Inc. Mr. Earhart brings more than 30 years of executive
management experience to Power Integrations. His management experience
includes photographic film products at Eastman Kodak and consumer
products at Memorex Corporation, where he was President of the Consumer
Products Group. Mr. Earhart also served as the CEO of Lin Data Corp. and
Information Magnetics Corporation; both companies manufacture
semiconductor-based components for the disk drive industry. He holds a
