H.A. BOUKNIGHT JR., President of Day & Zimmermann International, Inc.,
joined the company in September 2002. As President, Mr. Bouknight is
responsible for all engineering and field services activities globally.
Mr. Bouknight has more than 29 years of experience in the engineering
and construction industry with Union Carbide Corporation and Fluor
Corporation prior to Day & Zimmermann. Mr. Bouknight is a registered
Professional Engineer with both BS and MS degrees in Chemical
