Enterprise Software: Richard Davis Jr. – Needham & Company

RICHARD DAVIS JR., CFA, tracks enterprise software firms for Needham & Company, where he is a Managing Director. He has followed companies for 19 years, including contract manufacturing and semiconductor chipset firms. His previous affiliations include Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, where he was the fifth analyst and 20th employee at that technology boutique; and Rauscher Pierce, where he helped build a telecom practice for that firm's capital markets effort. (both firms have merged several times since then, recently forming Royal Bank of Canada Dain Rauscher Wessels.) He received his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Davis is married and lives in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
