DOUGLAS W. HUEMME is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Lilly Industries, Inc. having joined the company in June, 1990.
Previously, Mr. Huemme was with Whittaker Corporation, where he held the
position of Vice President-Chemicals Group from 1976 to 1990. Mr. Huemme
started his career with PPG Industries in 1963, where he held various
technical and managerial positions. Mr. Huemme is a past President of
the National Paint & Coatings Association, where he continues to serve
on the Board of Directors. He is a past member of the Board of Directors
of the National Coil Coaters Association. Mr. Huemme holds a B.S. in
Chemistry from Westminster College. Profile
