DAVID MACDONALD is President of Softchoice Corporation. He is
responsible for overseeing all corporate and operational activities as
well as driving Softchoice's strategic market leadership. He joined
Softchoice in early 2001 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating
Officer. Prior to joining the company, Mr. MacDonald gained over 18
years of experience in progressively senior management roles at Xerox
Corporation. Additionally, Mr. MacDonald has worked for Systemhouse Ltd.
and Burroughs Business Machines. Mr. MacDonald holds a Bachelor of
