David Elder – Tct Logistics (tli.to)

DAVID O.C. ELDER is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary of TCT Logistics Inc. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary in 1980, and his LLB from the University of Alberta in 1993. He articled at Howard Mackie (now Borden Ladner Gervais LLP) and became a partner of that firm in 1990. He remained a partner of the firm until January 1999. In September 1997 Mr. Elder joined TCT Logistics Inc. In his current capacity he oversaw the growth of the organization into a multinational transportation and warehousing company. As a lawyer he practiced in the area of Corporate Finance. He has been a member of the Law Society of Alberta since 1983 and remains a member of the CBA.
