CHIP DRAPEAU, President and CEO of MRO Software, Inc., oversees all
areas within the company including strategic direction, business
development, and day-to-day operations. Mr. Drapeau recently held the
position of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, where
he was responsible for all of MRO's global sales, support, services, and
product development. Norman ('Chip') Drapeau originally joined PSDI in
1982 as an applications analyst. Since that time, he has held various
positions within the company, including that of Manager of Customer
Support, Director of Product Marketing, Vice President of the Americas,
and Executive Vice President-Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Mr. Drapeau
