CHARLES P. MCCURDY, JR. is Executive Vice President and Director of
Research for Veredus Asset Management, LLC. He joined the firm in 1998.
Mr. McCurdy is the Co-Portfolio manager of the Veredus Aggressive Growth
and Sci-Tech Funds and is responsible for leading the team of analysts.
He has 14 years of experience that includes: Director of Research for
SMC Capital, Inc., Manager of investment group for Stock Yards Bank &
Trust Co.; Research Analyst for Liberty National Bank & Trust Co., and
Citizens Fidelity Capital Management, 1986-1992. Mr. McCurdy earned a
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville. He is a

B. ANTHONY WEBER is President, Chief Investment Officer and founder of
Veredus Asset Management, LLC. He is also Co-Portfolio Manager of the
Alleghany/Veredus Aggressive Growth Fund. He has 18 years investment
experience and leads the team that is responsible for the day-to-day
management of the Fund. Prior experience includes: President and
Senior Portfolio Manager of SMC Capital, Inc from 1993-1998; Portfolio
Manager for Shelby County Trust Bank; Equity Trader for Fred Alger
Management; and Research Analyst for First Kentucky Trust Company. Mr.
