ALBERT NOTINI is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Manufacturers' Services, Ltd. (MSL), a global technology
supply chain and manufacturing services company. He has overall
responsibility for MSL's finance, M&A, legal and public reporting
matters. Since joining MSL in May 2000, Mr. Notini brought MSL through
its initial public offering, has led a number of key acquisitions and
recently successfully raised new equity capital for MSL. Prior to
joining MSL he was the Executive Vice President for Corporate
Development and Administration at Wang Global. Mr. Notini was part of
the management team that rebuilt Wang Laboratories from a declining
minicomputer company into a $3.4 billion global information technology
and networking services company. Prior to joining Wang, he was a Senior
Partner at the premier national law firm of Hale and Dorr LLP. His
practice focused on corporate reorganizations of technology and other
companies. Mr. Notini serves on the Board of e-Presence, a directory
services company listed on NASDAQ, and Wang Healthcare, a venture-backed
