ROBERT L. NGUYEN is managing principal and co-founder of Ameristock
Mutual Funds, Inc. He worked at Charles Schwab & Company as both an
Institutional Specialist and in the Electronic Brokerage Division,
specializing in Web trading. Prior to his service at Schwab, Mr. Nguyen
was a Portfolio Manager in Bank of America's Asset Management Division
where he oversaw both institutional and individual private accounts
totaling over $100 million. He began his investment career as a broker
and analyst at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Mr. Nguyen earned a BS
degree in Business Administration from California State University,

ANDREW F. NGIM is co-founder of Ameristock Mutual Funds, Inc., and co-
manager of the Ameristock Mutual Fund. Prior to joining the firm, he
worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Human Resources Advisory
Group, and was responsible for the administration of the group's key
client retirement plan. As a consultant, Mr. Ngim improved the
department's processing efficiencies by designing a customized computer
program. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, he served as Project
Manager for a third party pension administrator in the San Francisco Bay
area. His role provided extensive experience in investment consultation
with retirement plan trustees and high net worth individuals. Mr. Ngim
began his investment career as a broker with regional investment
bankers, Birr, Wilson Securities. He earned a BA degree in Industrial
Organization with a minor in Business Administration from the University
