Y. C. Pati

Y.C. (BUNO) PATI has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and
a Director since he co-founded Numerical Technologies, Inc. in October
1995. From October 1995 to December 1996, Dr. Pati served as an
Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at
Harvard University. From October 1992 to October 1995, Dr. Pati
conducted research efforts in computational and system sciences applied
to integrated circuit manufacturing at Stanford University. Dr. Pati has
published numerous articles in signal processing, communications, fast
lithography simulations and automated phase shifting photomask design.
Dr. Pati received a BS, an MS and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Maryland at College Park.
