Steve Lewis

Steve Lewis is the Portfolio Manager for small/midcap companies and serves as a member of the investment committee at Verity Asset Management. He joined Verity, assuming a position on the investment committee in 2006, and assumed the reins of Verity’s institutional services in 2009. His background includes nine years at Dreyfus, where he spearheaded the development and rollout of the Dreyfus Managed Portfolio, a discretionary managed mutual fund wrap program. While at Dreyfus, Mr. Lewis also served as Personal Adviser to more than 200 high net worth families with assets under advisement exceeding $500 million. After leaving Dreyfus, Mr. Lewis started and ran a hedge fund for two years before moving to JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President of Investments.
