Robert M. Levy

ROBERT M. LEVY is a Partner, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer of
Harris Associates LP, a Chicago-based investment management firm founded
in 1976. He is also a Portfolio Manager for both individual and
institutional portfolios. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from
Vanderbilt University in 1972 and earned his Master of Business
Administration degree from the Wharton School of Business, University of
Pennsylvania in 1974. Mr. Levy has 28 years of investment experience and
is a CFA charterholder. He currently serves as one of three members of
both the Stock Selection Group (as Chairman) and the Pricing Committee,
committees that, respectively, approve all investments and review
buy/hold/sell ratings on all securities on the Harris Associates
Approved List. Mr. Levy joined Harris Associates in 1985.
