Robert H. Osbrink

ROBERT H. OSBRINK is President, Transaction Services for Grubb & Ellis
Company. He is responsible for the firm’s brokerage operations
nationwide. Mr. Osbrink has been with Grubb & Ellis since 1988, when he
joined the Newport Beach office as Vice President and Sales Manager. He
served in that role from 1988 to 1996. Under his co-direction, the
Newport Beach office was the leading office for Grubb & Ellis nationwide
seven of those eight years. Mr. Osbrink then served for four years as
Regional Managing Director of the company’s five Los Angeles County
offices. During his tenure, the Los Angeles County operation doubled its
revenue by reorganizing the management structure of the region and
creating a new business plan. The LA Metro Region achieved recognition
as the top region nationally in 1998. In 2000, Mr. Osbrink became
Regional Managing Director of the Southwest Region, spanning Southern
California, Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico. In March 2003, he took over
management responsibilities for the Western Region. Under his
leadership, the region made excellent gains throughout 2003. In February
2004, Mr. Osbrink was named President, Transaction Services, with
responsibility for brokerage operations nationwide. Prior to joining
Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Osbrink was Vice President with The Irvine Company,
and Vice President and General Manager with Cushman & Wakefield. He also
served as a consultant on Irvine Spectrum, Rancho Santa Margarita,
Foothill Ranch and other mixed-use projects in Orange County through his
firm, Robert H. Osbrink, Marketing and Consulting Services. Mr. Osbrink
is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
