Poe D. Corn

Poe D. Corn, a 26-year commercial real estate veteran, is an Executive Vice
President of Jones Lang LaSalle and considered one of the country’s leading
experts in health care-related real estate consulting and financing. Prior to
joining Jones Lang LaSalle’s San Diego office in 2008, Mr. Corn spent nearly 20
years in commercial real estate as Senior Vice President of Global Corporate
Services and National Director of Healthcare Services for CB Richard Ellis.
During his career, he has worked with many leading health care clients,
including Cleveland Clinic, GE Healthcare, Kaiser Foundation Health and Mayo
Clinic. Mr. Corn holds an undergraduate degree in economics from the University
of Colorado; he is a member of the chambers of commerce in San Diego, Los
Alamos, N.M., and Birmingham, Ala. Mr. Corn is also an advisor to New Mexico
Union Development Corporation and The Evans School, and he serves on the board
of directors of multiple professional and philanthropic organizations, including
YMCA, La Jolla Youth, Inc., Black Crow Broadcasting and C1C2 Investments.
