Joseph P. Bellino

JOSEPH P. BELLINO joined Ducommun Incorporated in September 2008 as Vice
President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Ducommun, Mr. Bellino
was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Kaiser Aluminum
Corporation from 2006 to 2008. From 1997 to 2006, Mr. Bellino was Chief
Financial Officer and Treasurer of Steel Technologies Inc. Mr. Bellino
specializes in building shareholder value, driving structural change and being a
key member of the executive management team. He earned BS in Finance (cum laude)
and an MBA from the Max Fisher School of Business at the Ohio State University.
