Gunnar Reitan

GUNNAR REITAN is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) as of October 1, 1993. Mr Reitan
joined SAS on January 1, 1998 and had the position Vice President
Finance and Administration, SAS Norway until he was appointed to his
present position at the SAS Head Office in Stockholm. Mr Reitan earned a
degree in Business Administration from Trondheim University in Norway in
1975. Mr Reitan is a board member of several SAS subsidiaries and
affiliated companies of SAS. He is also Chairman of the Board of
Wideroe’s Flyveselskap ASA, Norway, Member of the Board of Directors of
Vital Forsikring ASA, Norway and SPP Livforsakring AB, Sweden and Leif
Hoegh & Co ASA Shipping Co. Gunnar Reitan is married and has two
children.
