George L. Payne, Jr. is President of A. N. Culbertson & Company, Inc. and has been with the firm since 1999. Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer for the CFA Institute. He is a 1979 graduate of James Madison University where he earned degrees in accounting and management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation awarded by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
