Charles L. Abraham

CHARLES L. ABRAHAM serves as Chief Executive Officer of eMerge
Interactive, Inc. and is a member of the Board of Directors. He joined
the company in July 1998, after serving as a Corporate Officer, Vice
President and General Manager of the Home Care Division of
Nellcor/Puritan Bennett. Mr. Abraham previously held several positions
with GE Medical Systems ‘ most recently serving as Global Business
Manager of the global vascular x-ray business in Paris, France.
