SAIRA DURCANIN is a Vice President with J.P. Morgan & Co. Incorporated. She is Portfolio Manager of the J.P. Morgan U.S. Small Company Opportunity Fund. An employee of the firm for the past five years, Ms. Durcanin has also served as an equity research analyst. MARIAN U. PARDO is Managing Director with J. P. Morgan & Co. Incorporated and heads the Small-Cap Equity Group that currently manages over $6.6 billion in assets for institutional and individual clients. Prior to assuming this role, she managed equity and convertible funds and large-cap equity portfolios for individual clients, the Pierpont Equity Fund, and the U.S. Equity Fund for institutional investors.
