William K. Morrill

WILLIAM K. MORRILL, JR., is a Managing Director and CEO of LaSalle
Investment Management (Securities) with 16 years of real estate
experience. Mr. Morrill is Chairman of the Securities Investment
Committee and is responsible for the Real Estate Securities Group. From
1987 to 1993, Mr. Morrill was in charge of the direct real estate asset
management division of LaSalle and from 1993 to 1994 was the head of
LaSalle’s direct real estate Investment Committee, in addition to
managing the real estate securities program. Prior to joining LaSalle
Investment Management (Securities) in 1985, Mr. Morrill served as Senior
Vice President of Finance and Domestic Operations for a Baltimore firm
with interests in construction and real estate development. Mr. Morrill
has authored articles on real estate investment trusts in Investment
Decisions, Real Estate Finance, Pension World, and Real Estate
Accounting and Taxation. He is a member of the National Association of
Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) and is on the Editorial Board for
the REIT Report published by NAREIT. Mr. Morrill holds a BA degree from
The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA with Distinction from the
Harvard Business School.
