ROBERT C. LAMB JR. is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of KPMG Consulting. Mr. Lamb has served in this capacity since
June 2000. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Lamb held a variety of
management positions within FleetBoston Financial, a diversified
financial services company. In 1993, Mr. Lamb was named Corporate
Controller with responsibility for managing the corporate accounting
division including financial accounting and reporting, financial
operations, accounting policy and subsidiary accounting. Profile
