Rick L. Hull is President and CEO of Premier Bank & Trust, and its holding company, Ohio Legacy Corp. Mr. Hull was an attorney for 15 years with a successful law firm/title agency in Columbiana County. He began his career as outside counsel for the Citizens Banking Company in 1982, which later became Sky Bank. During this period, he played an integral part in over twenty mergers and acquisitions. He became President of Sky Bank’s Ohio Valley region in April of 1999. In 2006, he served as President of Sky Bank’s Akron/Canton region, and in 2007, became President of Huntington Bank’s Akron/Canton region until leaving the bank in August of 2009. In later 2009, he was a principal with a private equity group that subsequently raised $17.5 million, and acquired a controlling interest in Ohio Legacy Corporation and Ohio Legacy Bank. Since February of 2010, Mr. Hull has served as President and CEO of Premier Bank & Trust and Ohio Legacy Corp. Mr. Hull is active in the community; he is a member of Brookside Country Club; a member of the Community Services of Stark County, Inc., board of directors; a Mobile Meals, Inc., board member; and an Ohio Bankers League board member. Mr. Hull served four years in the United States Air Force and received his Juris Doctor from the College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law, after earning his Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University.
