Interview with the Chairman and CEO: Entertainment Gaming Asia Inc. (EGT)

Man Chung, Clarence Yuk
Clarence (Yuk Man) Chung, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Entertainment Gaming Asia Inc., joined the company’s board in October 2007 and has served as Chairman of the board since August 2008. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2008. Mr. Chung also currently serves as a Director of both Melco International Development Limited, a publicly held company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and of Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, a publicly held company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq. He has also been appointed as Chairman and President of Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts Corporation, a company listed on the Philippines Stock Exchange since December 2012. Mr. Chung has more than 20 years of experience working in the financial industry in various capacities as Chief Financial Officer, Investment Banker, and Merger and Acquisitions Specialist. He was named one of the “Asian Gaming 50” in 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2013 by Inside Asian Gaming magazine. Mr. Chung holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a bachelor’s in business administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Profile
