Dora Li was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Noah Education Holdings Ltd. on June 10, 2011, after serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer since April 1, 2011 and Vice President, Finance, and Financial Controller since November 2009. Ms. Li served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer from June 2008 to November 2009 after joining Noah as Financial Controller in December 2007. Ms. Li was previously Financial Controller and Head of Investor Relations at China GrenTech, a Nasdaq-listed company. From 1999 through 2007, Ms. Li was Senior Finance Manager at Conair Corp., a Fortune 500 company, in Connecticut. Ms. Li holds a B.A. from the Beijing Second Foreign Languages Institute, China, and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Ariz.
