Joseph J. Corasanti is President and Chief Executive Officer of CONMED
Corporation. Prior to assuming this position, he served as President and Chief
Operating Officer, Executive Vice President/General Manager and Vice President,
Legal Affairs and General Counsel. Mr. Corasanti joined CONMED in 1993 after
serving as an Associate Attorney with law firm Morgan, Wenzel & McNicholas in
Los Angeles. Mr. Corasanti is also a member of the board of directors and audit
committee of II-VI, Inc., a manufacturer of optical, and electro-optical
components and devices for infrared, e-ray, gamma-ray, telecommunication and
other applications. Mr. Corasanti holds a B.A. from Hobart College and a J.D.
