Grubb & Ellis Healthcare Reit Ii – Danny Prosky

Danny Prosky is President and Chief Operating Officer of Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II and its advisor, Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT II Advisor, LLC. He was formerly Executive Vice President of Acquisitions for the original Grubb & Ellis Healthcare REIT, overseeing the acquisition of its approximately $1.2 billion portfolio from the inception of the REIT in 2006 until July 2009. Mr. Prosky also serves as Executive Vice President for health care real estate with Grubb & Ellis Equity Advisors and Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, the primary investment management subsidiaries of Grubb & Ellis Company (GBE). Previously, he served as Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions at Health Care Property Investors Inc., a health care-focused real estate investment trust, from 2005 to March 2006. Mr. Prosky was also Assistant Vice President, Asset Management, from 1999 to 2005. From 1992 to 1999, he served as Manager of Financial Operations, Multi-tenant Facilities for American Health Properties, Inc. Throughout his 17-year career, Mr. Prosky has been responsible for the acquisition of more than 10 million square feet of health care-related real estate. In 2007 he was named Co-Chair of the Medical Office Building and Healthcare Facilities Conference Planning Committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA).
