Choksi, Dean
Dean Choksi is the Senior Vice President of finance of the investment adviser and Head of Investor Relations of Fifth Street Finance Corp. Mr. Choksi joined Fifth Street Finance Corp. in June 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Choksi spent two years as the Senior Consumer and Specialty Finance Equity Research Analyst at UBS Investment Bank, where he published extensively on the BDCs and communicated his recommendations to institutional investors. He also worked for four years at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital in equity research where he was responsible for following multiple financial services subsectors. Additionally, he has five years of experience in equity research and equity research sales roles at RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities and SoundView Technology Group. Frank, Alexander C.
Alexander C. Frank is the Chief Financial Officer of Fifth Street Finance Corp. and a Partner of the investment adviser. He is responsible for managing all aspects of its financial infrastructure and reporting. Mr. Frank joined the company in September 2011 after serving since 2008 as Chief Financial Officer of Chilton Investment Company, LLC, a global multistrategy investment manager. Prior to that, Mr. Frank spent over 22 years at Morgan Stanley in a variety of capacities including Global Controller, Global Treasurer, Global Head of Institutional Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley’s U.S. broker/dealer. Mr. Frank graduated with a B.A. in government from Dartmouth College and a MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan. He has also been licensed as a CPA in New York, a Series 27 principal by the SEC, and a Certified Cash Manager. Profile
