Dean Choksi

Dean Choksi is the Senior Vice President of finance of the investment adviser and Head of Investor Relations of Fifth Street Finance Corp. Mr. Choksi joined Fifth Street Finance Corp. in June 2012. Prior to that, Mr. Choksi spent two years as the Senior Consumer and Specialty Finance Equity Research Analyst at UBS Investment Bank, where he published extensively on the BDCs and communicated his recommendations to institutional investors. He also worked for four years at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital in equity research where he was responsible for following multiple financial services subsectors. Additionally, he has five years of experience in equity research and equity research sales roles at RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities and SoundView Technology Group. Mr. Choksi received his BBA in finance and economics from James Madison University and is a CFA charterholder.
