Rob Rohn

ROB ROHN is a principal and co-founder of Sustainable Growth Advisers,
LP, a Stamford, Connecticut-based investment firm He also is co-
portfolio manager of the John Hancock U.S. Global Leaders Growth Fund,
which the firm sub-advises for John Hancock Advisers. Prior to founding
Sustainable Growth Advisers in 2003, Mr. Rohn had been a portfolio
manager and analyst with W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd., managing large cap,
high quality growth stock portfolios. He had been with the company since
1991. In addition to his role as portfolio manager and analyst, he
served as chief executive officer of the company’s core US business,
and was chairman of the firm’s Management Committee. Previously, he was
a vice president at Yeager, Wood & Marshall where he also was a member
of the Investment Policy Committee with responsibilities in equity
analysis and portfolio management. He had begun his career in 1983 at
Morgan Guarantee Trust Company where he was an officer in Corporate
Finance. Mr. Rohn is a Trustee and Chairman of the Finance Committee,
Mystic Seaport Museum, as well as a Director and Vice President of the
Board, Long Island Soundkeeper Fund. He graduated from Dartmouth College
with a BA in History and later earned an MBA at Harvard Business School.
