Alec Glover

ALEC GLOVER was named Chief Executive Officer of Hello in December 1997.
He joined the Company in 1995 as Executive Vice President, and was
appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in June 1997. From 1983
to 1994, Mr. Glover was Senior Vice President, Marketing and R&D for
Kransco Group Companies, the largest privately held toy and sporting
goods company in the United States. During that time, Kransco’s sales
increased from $31.5 million to over $200 million, when it was sold to
Mattel. Prior to that, he held several senior marketing management
positions with Procter & Gamble from 1969 to 1983, including head of
marketing for P&G’s largest division, Package Soaps and Detergents. Mr.
Glover is a graduate of Harvard University, and holds a Masters of
Business Administration from Stanford University. He is married and has
one son. Mr. Glover is involved with a number of environmental
protection non-profit organizations, and serves as a trustee and member
of the executive committee of the Pacific Vascular Research Foundation.
