Wolcott F. Rice – American Advisors Corporation

WOLCOTT F. RICE graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree Business Administration (Banking and Finance). His graduate studies included Finance, Accounting and Taxation at the University of Denver. After an eight-year management career in banking, he established his own public accounting practice in 1963. He holds a U.S. Treasury, Enrolled Agent card. He has been active in various civic organizations throughout his business career. He was a Director of the Ronald McDonald House from 1982 through 1990, from 1982 to 1988, receiving the Distinguished Service Award from McDonald's Corporation. He is a past Director and Officer of the Denver Cherry Creek Rotary Club. Mr. Rice is a direct descendant of a centennial family of Colorado. His grandfather, John F. Rice, settled in Ouray, Colorado in 1883 and started The Rice Lumber Co., which is still in business today. Profile
