William Solomon Jr. – Earthcare Company (ecco)

WILLIAM W. SOLOMON, JR., has served as the Chief Financial Officer of EarthCare Company since July 2000 and as a Director of EarthCare since November 2000. Since joining EarthCare, he has been responsible for finance, treasury, accounting, legal, tax, IS and M&A activities at EarthCare. Prior to joining EarthCare, Mr. Solomon was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Precept Business Services, a publicly traded company in the office products distribution and executive transportation business based in Dallas, from June 1998 to June 2000. While at Precept, he was responsible for finance, treasury, accounting, legal, tax and M&A activities. From August 1996 to May 2000, Mr. Solomon was the Corporate Controller of American Pad & Paper Company, a publicly traded paper office products manufacturing and distribution company based in Dallas, where he was responsible for finance, treasury and accounting activities. From August 1994 to July 1996, he was a Senior Manager with the audit division of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Dallas, Texas. From November 1992 to July 1994, he was a senior manager with the audit division of BDO Seidman LLP in Grand Rapids, Michigan. From 1990 to 1992, he was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of Eagle Hardware & Garden, a home improvement products retail company based in Tukwila, Washington. From 1978 to 1990, Mr. Solomon was with the audit division of Arthur Young & Company in Seattle, Washington and Paris, France.
