TRACEY C. BALL is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Assistant Corporate Secretary of Canadian Western Bank. She was
previously with Western & Pacific Bank of Canada as Manager, Finance and
Administration, and Chief Accountant. Previously Ms. Ball was a self-
employed business consultant and was with Thorne Riddell in Vancouver
(predecessor firm of KPMG) as an Audit Manager. She has a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Commerce from Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered
