Todd Fry – Champion Industries Inc (chmp)

TODD R. FRY currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Champion Industries, Inc. Champion is a major commercial printer, business forms manufacturer and office products and office furniture supplier in regional markets east of the Mississippi River. Mr. Fry is responsible for various functions including working as an integral part of the M&A team, ERP software implementation and maintenance, establishing and maintaining all accounting and IT controls, tax compliance, SEC reporting, audit compliance, investor relations and numerous other operational and administrative duties of the company. Mr. Fry also coordinated the preparation and implementation of a restructuring plan in 2001. Prior to joining Champion he was the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Broughton Foods Company. He joined Broughton in September 1997 from Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Coopers & Lybrand was a Big Six accounting firm that merged with Price Waterhouse to form PriceWaterhouseCoopers. While at Coopers Mr. Fry worked with SEC and middle-market company's in audit, consulting and tax in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, banking, construction and real estate. Mr. Fry is a graduate of the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and a major in Accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Fry also served four years as a city councilman in Mansfield, Ohio, serving as councilman at-large and Chairman of the Finance committee during the mid-1990s.
