STEPHEN D. RUBIN has served as a Director, President and Chairman
of the Board of Vita Food Products since 1982. Mr. Rubin is
responsible for the overall operations of the company with an
emphasis on production, finance and quality control. Previously,
Mr. Rubin was the owner and Chief Operating Officer of several
other companies which included food, manufacturing and industrial
companies. Mr. Rubin received a BBA from the university of
Wisconsin and a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Profile
and an overview of things as they are now?
Mr. Rubin: Vita Foods is a relatively old company. It started out
in the late 1800s
