Roy G. Krause is President and CEO of SFN Group. Founded in 1946, SFN Group is a strategic workforce solutions company that provides professional services and general staffing to help businesses source, deploy and manage people and the work they do more effectively. Employing 170,000 people annually through its network of 550 offices, SFN Group is one of North America's largest employers. Since July 2003, Mr. Krause has served at the helm of the company, first as President and COO, and later as CEO, following his appointment to this position in October 2004. During his tenure, he has led the initiative to expand the company's professional services and outsourcing footprint. As a result, SFN Group has a more balanced business mix, and it has emerged as a market leader in recruitment-process outsourcing. Prior to SFN Group, Mr. Krause served as Executive Vice President and CFO for HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation and HomeBanc Federal Savings for 15 years. He was previously associated with the accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP, for seven years. Mr. Krause earned a B.S. from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Georgia State University.
