Semiconductor Equipment Stocks: Ali Irani – Cibc World Markets

ALI IRANI is a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets Corp., where he is a Senior Research Analyst covering the semiconductor equipment industry, and where he leads CIBC's Semiconductor Food Chain Equity Research Team. He is a member of Institutional Investor's All American research team, and has been awarded the Wall Street Journal's Best on the Street Analyst Award in both 1999 and 2000. Previously, Mr. Irani covered the semiconductor equipment industry at Kaufman Bros. (1995-1997). He is widely quoted in industry publications and has served as a panelist in many annual industry forums, including those belonging to the Fabless Semiconductor Association, the New York Society of Security Analysts and Semiconductor and Materials International (SEMI).
