GARRETT BEKKER III is a Senior Analyst at Tradition Asiel Securities Inc. He has been following the information security sector for over five years. Prior to joining Tradition Asiel, Mr. Bekker was a Vice President of equity research at Kaufman Bros., LP, and a Senior Analyst at Josephthal. He has also previously worked as a financial journalist covering the software industry, and taught economics and finance at the New School University and St. John's University. Mr. Bekker received a BA in International Studies at The University at Buffalo, and completed all coursework for a PhD in Economics at the New School University. Profile
ALAN WEINFELD is a senior analyst at Kaufman Bros. LP, in the security and applications software sector. Prior to joining Kaufman Bros., he was a managing director covering primarily security software at Fulcrum Global Partners, a leading independent research firm which had a significant presence in the enterprise software arena serving institutional clients. He was a financial analyst in Goldman Sachs' Global Investment Research Division and a member of Institutional Investor magazine's number two All-American research team. He also worked in the research department of the technology venture capital firm Tower Hill Capital Group.
